To offer the best value and reduce environmental impact from warehousing, your order will be shipped directly from our partner supplier's facility, typically located internationally (e.g., China). Order Processing Time:

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order and coordinate with our supplier for shipment after your payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays in Canada or the supplier's location.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Canada. We do not offer shipping to other international destinations at this time.

Shipping Costs (CAD):

• Standard Shipping:

  • FREE on all orders totaling C$49.99 or more (after any discounts are applied).

  • For orders under C49.99, a flat rate shipping fee of C6.99 will apply.

• Express Shipping:

  • A flat rate shipping fee of C$25.00 applies to all orders, regardless of the order total.

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed clearly in Canadian Dollars (CAD) at checkout based on your chosen method and order value.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped by our supplier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (if available from the carrier). Please ensure you provide the complete and correct shipping address in Canada during checkout. Loop Living Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
