As we work directly with partner suppliers who ship products directly to you, our return process is designed accordingly. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.
Return Window:
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Eligible Returns/Refunds:
We accept returns or offer refunds/replacements for items that are:
Received defective or damaged upon arrival.
Incorrect (wrong item shipped compared to what you ordered).
Non-Eligible Returns:
Due to our business model and for hygiene reasons (concerning food storage items), we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
"Change of mind" or buyer's remorse.
Incorrect size selection (please review dimensions and specifications carefully before ordering).
Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
How to Initiate a Request:
Please contact us via email at: support@looplivingco.com within the 30-day window.
Your request must include your Order Number.
Provide a clear description of the issue.
Attach mandatory photographic or video evidence clearly showing the defect, damage, or the incorrect item received. Requests submitted without clear evidence cannot be processed.
Review Process:
We will review your request and the provided evidence, potentially coordinating with our partner supplier if necessary. We aim to respond to you within 3 business days with the outcome of our review and the next steps.
Return Shipping (If Applicable):
If a return is deemed necessary and approved, we will provide you with the appropriate return address (which may be our supplier's facility).
Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error by Loop Living Co. or our partner supplier.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to the return address.
Refunds:
Once your return request is approved (either upon confirmation of receipt of the returned item, if required, or based on the evidence provided if no physical return is needed), we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.
Approved refunds typically cover the original product cost. Original shipping fees (if any were paid) are generally non-refundable, unless the return was necessary due to our error or a defective product. Return shipping costs paid by the customer are generally non-refundable.
Replacements:
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we may offer to send you a replacement item instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
